Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    The average arrival time is 4-6 business days. Orders may take longer, but this mainly depends on your location and postal service.
  • Returning an ordered item?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days from the estimated date of delivery.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed.
  • Is it possible to purchase a certain quantity at wholesale price?
    No, it is not possible to purchase a certain quantity at wholesale price.
  • When will you restock?
    We do not usually update our stock. Our goal is to provide our customers with exclusive models, instead of restocking, we try to create new products. If you like a certain product, we recommend that you do not wait too long, as there is a chance that it will sell out.
  • What happens if my item is not in proper condition?
    If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
  • Is international delivery possible?
    We are working about that and after 10 February we will have international delivery.
  • Do you have women's clothes?
    All of our clothing is tailored for both gender.
  • Has my order been fulfilled?
    If your order was successful, you should have received an order confirmation email that includes your order number. If not, your payment did not go through. This could be for a number of reasons, including your ZIP code not matching the one associated with your credit card. To resolve this, please change your billing address to match the address associated with your credit card. If you are unsure why your payment did not go through, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Security
    We process all card payments through a third-party payment system and therefore do not see or store your payment information. The only information we receive is your name, shipping address, and email address.
  • What is the FAQ section?
    A FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions such as “Where do you ship?”
